2d Artist needed for playing card game

I'm working on a framework that lets users easily implement any type of card game using regular playing cards. The backend for the framework is already finished and has two test games (a poker game and battle), but it's currently all text-based.
Adding a frontend on top of it will be fairly simple, and I'm looking for a 2d artist to help me flesh it out. I'd want to start with some concept art for what some of the screens and menus would look like. After that, the artist would come up with several designs for decks of playing cards to be used in the game. There's not a whole lot of art that needs to be done aside from the actual cards, so the ideal artist would be a creative individual who works well on their own.
If you're interested in card games and want to have a lot of creative influence on a fun casual game project, this is an ideal project. I'm also willing to pay for good art, contact me to discuss your prices.
