Collision box never works

Greeting everyone~

I've been stucked with Torque engine for 3 months, but I've been taken it so difficult so far.
So, would you like to help me? T_T
I've been seaching so many forums so far, however, I didn't see a solution what I'd like to know.
Collision box is my problem.

The tutorial about collision box is just simple.
Making collision boxes, making collision markers, and linking them.
It's so clear. It doesn't work out that clear, though.
The collision boxes didn't work at all in game!
My character goes through my object that he shouldn't.
In the fullness of my curiousness, I made a simple box as a collision box. It works neither...

I made the collision boxes as convex.
I didn't make mistake with naming of the collision boxes.
(Two things that being mentioned frequently)

I'd like to know what I've missed.
I'm looking forward to seeing your answer.
