Feature request: "Lathe" or "Turn" tool

(Not a big deal, and not required for release. Put it on the wish list.)

I'd like a tool that will let me specify a brush, an axis of rotation and a number of sides, which will then rotate the brush around the axis, creating a new brush.

It could be useful in making rockets, towers, fuel tanks, ancient Greek theatres, and so on.
