Return To Original Page After Post

Hey guys,
This one has been on my mind for a while but I figured you have better stuff to work on... =)
Suggestion: Return To Original Page After Post
Issue:
I use 'read unread posts' lots. There really is no other way to browse only the latest forum posts for a specific engine.
The problem is that after posting, I can't easily return to the unread forum page I was on. After posting on the forums you can't go back to the page you were viewing without re-submitting the post data (and thus creating multiple posts).
So my options after posting are to:
1) Submit A Post, Click Back, Resubmit the forum post, Delete the duplicate post, then Click Back Again.
OR
2) Click 'Unread Forum Posts' again, Browse to the unread posts page I was on (could be 8 pages or more in), find the link to the post I just replied to then continue reading.
Suggested Resolution:
After posting, rather than browsing to a new version of the page, force the browser to go back to the original page then refresh it.
