Water caustic effect

Trying to simulate the way light reflects from the bottom of an ocean surface in TGB.

I was wondering the best way to achieve this effect.

Would modifying the "rays of light" particle example be the best way?

I guess. Depends on the viewpoint. If you're looking side on like the fish demo, then that could be your best bet. If it's an overhead view, maybe some kind of caustic texture would look better.
