We want someone who, yes, can do the job, but more so, to manage other people doing the work, handle all contract\freelance workers, and the direction of the itself in the game. As you must know, there are a lot of freelancers out there that can do good work, what we need is someone who wants to take a higher role and be the one to manage those freelancers and the art direction. No matter what this role is a great line on a resume.
So, any 'employment' will follow a stock option\company equity model for this job.
If you have one that is interested, please give the them address (Jobs@TownShip101.com). Once we setup a phone interview we can provide detailed information about the revenue projections, market research, Company budgeting and so on.

3D Entertainment Studios is currently in it's start up phase and I will be completely honest with anyone interested. So you know right away that there is currently no capital in the company for paid salaries, all the start up costs have been to start up the company, trademarks, software purchases, saving for contract/freelance work, ect.
