Purchase Order error when trying to purchase TGB

Hi, my name is Teddy Wijaya.
I live in Semarang, Indonesia.

Really-really sorry for posting this problem here but I have sent e-mail 3 times to the purchasing and support department with no response...;-(

I have tried to purchase TGB several times but always failed due to address verification error during the credit card verification process.

Here's the error message that I got

When I clicked on the e-mail link, here's the message that I supposed to send to the purchasing dept (which I already have)

My credit card (Citibank Visa) is valid and NOT a stolen credit card. I really want to purchase TGB. Amazon never have any problem accepting my credit card...;-(

Please give me a response. I have sent 3 e-mails prior to this.

I surely can try to purchase using money order but I don't want to since it will take longer and cost me more money (to send the money order)

P.S: One more thing, can you offer alternative download method without using Bitrock. If you have broadband connection, Bitrock is fine but if you use dial-up like me, Bitrock is really annoying since it can not resume broken download....;-(
