Can i get the Torque Game Engine on a disk?

Can i get the Torque Game Engine on a disk because when i go to buy it says it will download.

Unless you buy the book... I think the pre-compiled (not source code) of the engine comes with the book on CD. (Plus, you get the book! :P)

I guess one thing you could do is maybe buy it online, then find somone who lives near you to download, and copy the source onto a cd then mail.... but you would have to prove to them you own TGE(Even then im not sure if this would be allowed or not :S)
