Base project - bare essentials

Ok

I've been adviced to start my game project file from scratch with just the bare essential files to make the exe work. So I don't need want any of the unwanted code and art.

But I don't really know how to do this. I'm an artist and only alittle tech savvy :(

I'm using TSE and downloaded the ported version of the starter.fps but I've still been adviced to start the project folder from scratch still.

Cheers

I'd say just modify what's there till you can get a more experienced coder to clean things up. It's not hard for someone with Torque experience to deal with it but unless you want to just bog down your progress right away, I'd not do it...

Well I do have experienced coders helping me but they adviced me to get a bare game dir ready.

To be honest I've just copied the terrain_water_demo and just renamed it and added my gui stuff although I'm getting a strange crash now when I try to load the level.
