SDK question about modelling and animating

Hi, I'm new to these forums and the blender community. I just purchased my license for the torque engine about a week ago and I dont regret it either. Its good to be part of the community. Anyways, my question is this: Not to ask a stupid question or anything like that, but does the torque engine have its own "built in" modelling and animation suite with programmable hotkeys to set the buttons the same way they are in blender?
I usually use blender for my modelling and animations, but so much of this technical stuff is way over my head and its gonna take a while to acquire a firm grasp on it, but I am learning it bit by bit. I just dont wanna wait until I finally learn how to properly use the .DTS scripts to transfer data from the .blend environment into the torque engine. I want to get started right away and learn all that stuff over time. Basically I'm trying to learn the engine little by little, but actually get something done in the process. I do have a partner that I work with who is the technical director for our little game company, but as far as importing/exporting goes with blender and the torque engine, he knows about as much as I do.
I really appreciate any and all help and advice. Thanks everyone.

One exception: it has a "terrain" editor where you can shape the ground.
Exporting static shapes (trees, houses, barrels, etc) from Blender isn't that hard. Spend one evening learning that, and then you can make progress. The real challenge comes when you want to export a character with various animation sequences, or special effects like billboarding clouds etc.
