changelog.txt --- web changelist

Just curious. The changelog.txt in the HEAD has not been updated since 3/26. Is the web based changelist not in sync with the CVS changelog.txt file?

The changelog.txt file is not being maintained anymore. The web change list is also not being exported to the file.
