Unable to change sun position

Hi,

Has anyone else noticed that the sun position cannot be changed from the mission script or world editor? Just curious if it is something i'm doing wrong.

I noticed that yesterday whilst doing something else. But I was in a hurry and assumed it was me not understanding something. Didn't look at it in any detail.
