GuiRadarCtrl-error

I have a problem with this ressource:

(with the older it was same problem)
If the player is underwater or his wievpoint is in some sky-direction, the radarmap-bitmap turns to be additiv-transparent. I have checked the guiRadarCtrl-code, but cant actually find the error.
I use a modificed TGE 1.4 + TLK + WaterShader Ressource.
the additive "alpha"-color-exposure can have something with TLK, but i'm not sure... and have unfortunately no time to check it complitly
Has someone else this error?
