CVS releases as ZIP downloads?

I recently purchased version 1.4, but I want the bug fixes that are in 1.4.2. From what I gather on the web site, I have to get 1.4.2 through CVS.

It would be more convenient for me to get a zipped archive of the 1.4.2 code. Is there anywhere I can download this -- or a patch that goes from 1.4.0 to 1.4.2?

Nope, that's what CVS does.

We will be updating the installers for 1.4.2 in the near future.
