Brief description:
Blokkos is a Java-based puzzle game, featuring 18 levels. The player has a pile up of multi-colored blocks that he needs to make disappear by joining them in groups of the same color. The only problem is that he can only move the first block of each row and has a limited amount of moves to clear each level. The programming is pretty much complete, with all the gameplay finished... just need to do some basic touch ups (stuff like options menu, level clear effects/screen, etc). You can play the game's test version before accepting the job.
Target aim:
The game will be for two platforms: web and mobile. The web version is to be made available for free (although there's always the option of licensing it for use elsewhere), while the mobile version is to be commercially distributed.
Compensation:
A percentage of the revenue that the game or your work may generate (game copies sold, game licenses sold, ringtones, wallpapers, etc). I have no idea how much money (if any) will this generate, so there are no promises on that. I'll try to maximize the revenue potential (with the wallpapers and ringtones, for example), but there's always the chance that it won't even pay for a cup of coffee (don't want to mislead anyone).
Technology:
Graphics should be in .PSD, music and sounds should be in .mid for the mobile version and .au for the web version (what tools you use are up to you)
Talent needed:
- One artist
- One musician/sound fx producer
* As an important note, the work would be for both the mobile and web versions. The web version will probably run at 640*480, while the mobile version should be made for the standard resolutions (176*208, 128*128, 128*160, etc... the more versions we do, the higher the chances of getting revenue). You should also follow my instructions precisely, especially in the mobile versions, as we're dealing with platforms with strict limits (for example, target file size for the mobile version varies between 64 and 120 kb for everything: code, graphics and sounds/music).
Team structure:
Right now, there's only me. You can check out my website at http://www.pedroamaro.com for additional information (although a bit outdated), but I'll just lay out the basics about my "career", so you know who you'll be working with.
Indie days:
I've started out as an indie, having published my first games in 2002. As an indie, my most popular mobile games were Colourama (sold around 2500 copies), Cube (sold around 6000 copies) and Energox (sold around 10000 copies). I've also created a few basic web games, which were licensed for three months to a gaming website (as a promotion for their users).
Professional days:
Following my "indie days", I've worked for a third party mobile game developer for two and a half years. I've started as programmer (porting and core), moving to Lead Game Designer after 4 months. In my last months there, I've also accumulated the tasks of Associate Producer and Art Team Leader. During this period I've worked in over 50 titles, both original and branded games.
Current situation:
I'm back to being an independent developer, working once again in web and mobile games (on my own or freelancing). The work I consider worthy of being sold is published by Orama Technologies (a new independent development company I'm affiliated with - website available at http://www.oramatechnologies.com).
Articles:
I enjoy writing and I'm a regular columnist at two magazines ("Skoar!", from India, and "Megascore", from Portugal) and a website (Midlet Review). I've also published two articles: "The clash of mobile platforms" (published at gamedev.net, Developer 2.0 and Midlet Review) and Mobile Benchmarking (published at Midlet Review).

I'm sorry, but both positions are already occupied... I forgot to mention it here, so the thread could be closed.
Best regards,
Pedro
