What is the easiest game to make a mod to?
Graphic does'nt mather cause this is a traning project.
I think I will pick up C&C Renegade it seems to have good tools...or?

Quake 3 is pretty easy. Especially since it has such a large community of modders plus it has code3Arena, which is a great resource.Alc

Although not as publicised as the Quake family for modding, it has a good strong community too.

Unreal Tournament is good for modding. Really great, flexible, powerful scripting. I think it's a C++ style scripting language. Although not as publicised as the Quake family for modding, it has a good strong community too.

second it includes A LOT of material to work within is sdk and third and most important it has huge support by the modding and modeling community tutorials, free models, etc. www.polyount.com and www.planethalflife.com you basically can do any game with it. (counterstrike was made on half life)

Actually is half life, first it has a lot of code that can work on several kind of games. (not only deathmatch)second it includes A LOT of material to work within is sdk and third and most important it has huge support by the modding and modeling community tutorials, free models, etc. www.polyount.com and www.planethalflife.com you basically can do any game with it.
