From blender to milkshape

Hey,
all you who have used blender and or milkshape, I was wondering if there is a way to export a model from milkshape to blender and still have the texture. So basically when I import the model into blender from milkshape, I will still have the texture I had on the model in milkshape, on the model in blender. Sorry if that was confusing. thanks.:)
