3D modeler/skinner

I people, I've found this project and I find it really interesting, I don't know how much time I'll have but if you need some weapons I can do some.

I'm already working for an Open source MMORPG Arianne: www.arianne.cx where I'm most a producer of model made quickly... :) We need SSSOOOOOO much models!

I can make characters models but I really don't think I've got sufficient skills to work on it here (I've test the demo!)

Can you model us a warhammer? Ive been desperate to get one out of my usual modeller mates, but theyre doing some extra character models.

Warhammer, Large Axe, Bow. Large Sword. The list goes on.

Yeah, I can.
I'll try to keep this style, the mix between medieval fantasy and heavymetal punk...
I can also make some textures or skins (I've seen you want an evolutive looking for players...so there are several skins to make).



Oh, and how many poly for a weapon?? 350-400?

The trick is to use multires to add detail levels. In RW the current crossbow is 800 poly, but its detail brings it down to 90 and then into a box :))

If you need a hand with multires and detail levels, I know some guys who can help you out.

You're simply talking about LOD, right?
If so, I can probably do it.(there's good plug in for that)

Woo, 800 polys for a weapon is quite interesting!

Is there an IRC channel, or a ML for the developpment?
