Gears of Games recruiting members

Gears Of Games is currently recruiting members to work on our new project for PC and Xbox live arcade. I just recently founded my new company to deal with my new more professional games after a few years of running my own company delta games studio. We currently work with the TORQUE game engine but will be upgrading to XNA express and TORQUE X before the end of the year.
Our current project is a quick action RTS that will be made with XNA and TORQUE X but we are currently working towards a demo with the TORQUE game engine and C++ to test out controls and to show of the publishers etc. Any one wishing to work on this project should read on below you need no previous industry experience but you must be 16 or over. I my self am 16 and studying games development at college. See bottom of page for more info on the project.

Programmers: We are looking for experienced programmers who know both C++ and C#. You will mainly work in C# once we move over to XNA but for now we are working in C++ to make a short demo. You must have some previous experience in programming for games but it does not have to have been professionally if possible provide a demo of a game you have worked on in the past.

3D Modellers: We are looking for several 3D Modellers who can make high quality 3D models and convert them to work with the TORQUE game engine if required. It is also helpful if you can texture you own work but this is not essential.

Level builders: One or two Level builders are also required to work on some of the maps/levels for the project. We will be using the TORQUE game engine level builder and TORQUE X when it comes out to make the levels.

Concept artist: Ever fancied putting your art skills to the test in game now is your chance. We need artists to draw art for the 3D modellers etc to work from.

More info on the project: The Project is an RTS based in the future. Humans have spread out exploring the galaxy. Always worrying about finding something that would destroy them. But there own destruction was hidden among them selves. Machines. Earths colonies have been destroyed they are coming we must stop them.
The game will take part on the planet where the machine uprising started. The game will be mostly about combat for most of the single player game the players will start off with a set number of troops receiving reinforcements from time to time but there will be no resource collection or endless troop building the game is quick pick up and play action. This is why it is so suited to Xbox live arcade as well as PC. The game will also be designed around the Xbox 360 controller to make the game easy to pick up and play.
multiplayer will also be a big part of the game but for the moment we are working on the campain mode first.

Maybe that's because he was very clear about what he was looking for and says to contact the appropriate people via email in his post. This strikes me as a straight announcement and I wouldn't assume he'd be back to check on responses.If you're interested and feel you're qualified reread the requirements and contact him.
