Hey, im a modeler also, and i was wondering if you use internal blender rendering or Yafray for your lighting?
Also, do you know where I can find tutorials that can help me learn how to do photo real lighting? Sorry this isnt an offer to a team, but hey... its a bump :)

Hey, a good artist can make nice looking models, but only a great artist can make nice looking models with low poly. To me, they look like perfect pieces of artwork, but how many polygons does each have?

@ Tom Wood : I used yafray for rendering. Best place to find blender tutorials - www.blendernation.com , www.elysiun.com

@tyler Slabinski : The low poly character were about 3000 polys.

Nice portfolio Karan Shah.

You are in my opinion very talented especially within the field of 2d still animations. I loved both of them well done. (divine choice and temptation)

You have very good low poly character skills, could I suggest something take those low poly characters and slap a texture on them. The low poly stuff is good but not relating it to the excellent use of textures is turn off for employers and quite boring presentation wise. I made this mistake myself and quickly got corrected on it. You have good low poly characters and buildings do you really want to let their quality be diminished by the lack of a texture.

It is always to be economic polygon wise and then compare the work you have done to the capabilities of low to mid range machines. Realistically everyone would not have a massive powerhorse of a machine to process excessive polygons or pixels.

Just a suggestion.

I'm not an employer however I looked at your portfolio. You have great modeling skills as your meshes demonstrate but, as Sean said on 11/05/08, the lack of textures takes your wonderful meshes and turns them into a dull, lifeless, clay sculptings. Texturing will add detail and depth to your meshes, which will catch the eye of viewers. You have excellent modeling talent, don't let the lack of texture ruin your beautiful artwork.
