Replacing an object...

How would I replace one object with another through script? I can't seem to figure this one out for some reason. I want to use it for a couple things, for one to switch to different damaged vehicle models and also to replace a marker with an object...

Thanks, that is going to work for dropping something at the marker, but I also need to know how to swap the shapeName for a vehicle. Or is there another way to use different models for damage? The smoke emitters look great, but it looks strange when a car runs into a wall and it doesn't get dented :)

There is a "debris" shape.. but not different shapes for damage levels. You'll have to figure a way of adding it.Phil.

Arg... Yeah I'm using the debris. I figured there wasn't anything just for damage models, but I think I know how to do it via script if I knew (or if there is) a function like replaceObject() or something along those lines. If not, I'll try hacking the engine and see if I can figure something out, although my c++ skills are weak and I usually end up breaking things.
