Marble Blast Gold won't start.

I am posting this here because this board is more populated. I can't start MBG, it stays at a black screen. I've asked GG twice if I can just download the game again, but I get no reply. Can anybody help me?

You can you try updating your OpenAL driver (sound driver) to the latest version. Many people have found this fixes the crash issue. You can
grab the latest OpenAL driver from www.openal.org

If you have added custom stuff you may have put it in the wrong place which may be causing MBG to crash
