TSE and XNA Game Studio Express?

The announcement of this is really exciting to me. I read that GG "has migrated both its Torque Shader Engine and new Torque Game Builder 2-D visual game designer over to the XNA Game Studio Express platform". Which begs the question, "Is the ability to compile for Xbox360 out of the box functionality, so long as you have the XNA licence in order? Or is there a separate patch (or whatnot) to allow us indies to start console development?"

Quote:Garage Games, the creator of Marble Blast Ultra, has also ported its Torque Shader Engine and Torque Game Builder 2-D visual game designer to XNA Game Studio Express. Currently, Garage offers a special edition of its Torque Game Engine dubbed "Indie Game License", which costs only $100 and gives you access to private forums and documentation.
