Atlas2 Blender lighting issue

This is from one of our guys who has an ATI X1800XT. This is the l3dt.atlas file in our codebase, but it doesn't happen for everybody and it doesn't happen consistently for him.
I am assuming this is issues with the blender that will eventually be resolved, but just putting it in here for mr. Garney!

He is going to try to make it happen again and then get me the log file to check out... It only is happening for him (that I know of), and if its color flipping, its odd to only be that spot... especially since its properly colored, just too bright

There is the log, but nothing sticks out at me, since we disable alot of stuff (as you can see by the top list of things)... but any warnings or errors would come on thru
