Alternate download link?

Hi,
I've just found http://www.garagegames.com/marbleblast/levels.php and I wanted to download the "All Custom Levels" file at the top. However, when I click on it the link refuses to load and eventually it just times out. I figure this is probably because of my location and that the server is blocked for some reason. I was wondering if there was another place where I could download it or any other custom levels, or if someone could do me a HUGE favor and host it for me?

1) I was thinking about hosting this thing as well, but I'll do it as WinRAR instead of ZIP but it'll take some time. I don't know about it for now.
