A descent lesson

I bought a copy of Edward Maurina III Game Programmers Guide to Torque several weeks ago off of amazon. I really want to do his maze runner tutorial but I didnt get the lesson kit even though they claimed to include it. So now I need to find a descent lesson or forum that (if needed) will include a downloadable lesson kit for me to use no purchess nessesary.

When I saw the thread listing, I thought someone was trying to make a Descent clone. Now that was a fun game.

My book didn't come with one either. there is a post in the book thread with instructions on requesting the cd. i did it, and the cd arrived within a week.

Yes, many fond memories of Descent. Multiplayer was a blast with my Gravis Pheonix!
