Probleming installing a garage game engine

I searched everywhere but i couldn't it and I don't know it a right place to post it. Before I install garage game engine, I had install Torque Game Engine Demo, than I uninstalled it. than I try to install Torque Game Builder but message pop up said that I have same program is running. Than another one pop said " there has been an error. a debug file has been created at C:/DOCUME~1/master/LOCALs~/Temp/bitrock_debug_3552.xml, please attach it to any bug report. the application will exit now." can someone helped me thank.
