Radiant portals on mac

I am well aware that there are instructions for setting up radiant to work for torque. but unfortunatly these only work on pc. what i want to know is... How would one go about creating a portal in radiant for mac, i can't seem to find it anyways. Also on an interior that has a portal, if it intersects the terrain, the terrain is ignored so long as the terrain is inside the diff.. is this correct.
Thanks again

I finally figured out your problem with portals, I am having the same problem that you are, at least that's what I think. I can't find an entity defined in MacRadiant for doing portals but mine goes one step further... I can't get transparency to work for the interior. I applied the patch (search for interior transparency patch and you'll find it) but I couldn't get it to show my glass "portal" as transparent...
Not that either of us will see a reply, but if you do manage to get something to work please let me know. I would very much like to avoid purchasing parallels just so I can make a meager attempt at making a map work.
I don't know why I bother posting in the forums...
