Turn Based Strategy Pack

When I do a search for turn based strategy I notice multiple results that say I can not view them unless I own the Turn Based Strategy Pack. However, I have been unable to find this pack anywhere on this site.

Anyone know where it might be? or if it exists?

I also saw a mention somewhere that TBS is built into the RTS pack, is this true?

Since when is there a Turn Based Strategy Pack?

I also have come across quite a few hits for a Turn Based Starter Kit including quite a few on TDN that tell me I have to own it before I can view that resource.

Is there a TBS Anything in the works? I am attempting to decide on TGB vs TGE (With RTS Starter Kit) for a Master of Magic remake and a TBS Starter kit would make up my mind for me.

"TBS was a project around the time the RTS pack was being developed/released (2004-2005). I cannot confirm if it's alive or dead but regardless it's not something coming out in the immediate future (if at all)."
