How can I use the Processor Init data in scrpt

I am trying to determine processor speed to tone done special effects on lesser systems so my game will run faster on slower systems.
Is it possible to use the data generated shown in the console file to help with this task of is there a better way?

(timed at roughly 1.58 Ghz)
