TGE Optimazation Techniques

I have been searching around gg.com for TGE optimazations and I havn't found 1 topic that has a listing of past or new changes people can make to the engine to speed up either the networking or framerate. So If you know of any way to speed up torque or if you know of a resource post here and explian your results if you tried any.
