Is TSE still in development/coming out for sure?

Hi, I'm kind of new to TGE and TSE and I'm about to buy TGE (paycheck on Friday!). I was considering also buying TSE, but before I did, I wanted to make sure it is still in development. I've heard a lot of people say it's been in development for a really long time with little progress, and as I've looked around the forum, most of the posts by employees were back in August of 2005.
Is TSE still being developed? Is it going to be completed for sure? And is there a time table for its release? I've seen a lot of posts about Milestones, but I haven't been able to find out which Milestone Garage Games is currently working on.
Any input or info on this would be great. I'd love to buy TSE now, but I just don't want to buy a product that would never materialize and then feel sad in the end.

Yes, we just recently released MS 3.5 on TSE and we're getting to 4 pretty quick. There was a definite slowdown in development in August-December because of that Marble Blast Ultra thing, but we're coming along nicely now.
