scripting, i have no idea where to start!!!

I want to learn the TGE scripting language, but i have no idea where to start, and i cant find any tutorials. I already have a solid understanding of some other languages, and I just need to know the basics of the TGE scripting language so from there i can look at the scripts that are included and learn from them. I just need a place to start.
