Just wanted to publically say thank you for replying to the bug reports to say that they were logged. It's frustrating to not know if you're being heard or not, and it makes a big difference in the perception of the quality of service GG renders. So, thanks again and keep up the good work. :)

I'm just glad to see someone in the community take notice. As gratifying as I know it is for a community member to receive acknowledgement from a developer (because I've played that role), the same applies ten-fold for a develper being the unwitting target of even unintentional geniality from a community member - let alone straight-forward praise.
Beleive it or not, pretty much the entire TGB team constantly reads the TGB public and private forums and much of the energy that I see go into TGB is fueled by the community.
That said, this post made me smile because, as you know, Matt is the shizn - plain and simple - and I decided to fully abuse this opportunity to aggree with you.

I'll chime in for an even *other* reason (yea that's right, you heard me.. english be damned!). As busy as he is, he's always available to patiently answer any question I might have, no matter how dumb the question might be or how many times he has to repeat the answer. If I weren't stationed within poking distance of Matt I would't have gotten half the amount of junk done in this ammount of time. He's whole-heartedly entrenched in everything I've seen him get involved in.I'm just glad to see someone in the community take notice.
