EULA and Logo

Hi,
I've nearly finished a small game I want to release as soon as my background music arrives. I've got 2 question regarding the EULA:
Where do I get the this logo? Do I have to use logoblack.png file provided? I don't particularly like this one because it looks a bit unfinished. Is there a logo kit somewhere where I can choose something more appealing?
Is it really "This game powered by Torque Game Builder."? Should there be a "is" in this sentence? Or are there some facets of the english language that I have not discovered yet?

(b) Licensee agrees to display a full screen Torque Game Builder logo in the start up sequence of any game created and released with the Engine.

Quote:Is it really "This game powered by Torque Game Builder."? Should there be a "is" in this sentence? It's a sort of abbreviation, kind of like a newspaper headline. You can leave out some articles in those cases. :)

But it does only contain GG logos. The EULA requires TGB logo. Thanks anyway.
I didn't know that. Thanks for the info :)

The logo kit is on the site under company in the nav of the site.
