Need a team for Rage of Ages

Im looking for a team members to join Team Dark Age. Team Dark Age is working on a demo called Rage of Ages. The game idea is really fleshing out now. The game takes place in the middle ages on a large island(about 120 miles across). There will be more islands much smaller than the main island. On top of many things to do on land there will be alot of sailing, pirating, sea battles and more. The game will be a mmorpg but the demo only needs to get the idea across, so the multiplayer aspect may be scrapped for the demo.
This is what I've come up with so far for the demo.
Here's some info on the demo project now called Rage of Ages. The kind of demo we are going for is a multiplayer game for people who don't like mmorpg's. The feel we are going for is like connan the barbarian or red sonya(movie), meets fable, with the freedom of spider man 2 without the web slinging of course. I don't like to compare this demo with other games because it sets the bar very high, but that just gives you the direction we want to take this project. I don't pretend to know everything about making games, because I don't. I do know alot about playing games and what makes them fun and exciting. I've got 20 some odd years experience playing games and I have seen some real stinkers, also many gems. This is about the people in the game biz that have the resources and talent to make great game but to often make total crap instead. We are going to make a game that we love to play and think everyone else will as well. Im sure this will be a fun learning experience for all of us.
I've laid out some goals for this demo. There will be at least one village or town with npc's demonstrating AI. There will be a fairly large area surrounding the town or village, though the player will not be able to go very far from town, blocked by invisible barriers(only for the demo). The game will be multiplayer though I would like to demonstrate the multiplayer in the demo, we may go for a single player demo to make it easier on the programmers.
As far as characters go, the demo will feature 2 playable characters, one female and one male. This game will contain no "races" of elves or Ice golems or any crap like that. There will be horses to ride. When you find a horse, if you keep it for a length of time it will grow attached and come when called and so on. This is important. We have to get the horse riding right. If you've played the game GUN, this is the WRONG way. The horse riding must feel natural and fluid. You will be able to pull carts or wagons with your horse. I want the characters to be able to climb anything, only limited by their strength and tiredness.
In this game you will be able to kill anything or anyone, though the npc's that see this will either attack in defence or run to get reinforcments. They may not come immediately to kill you, but the word will get out that you are a killer of innocent people. Which brings me to another Goal of the demo. We need good gib action. Arms, Legs, Heads will be severable. I would also like to have some splitting action, like being split down the middle. We need some blund force weapon gib also like crushed heads, and what I think will be tricky, crushed or broken arms and/or legs that stay attached but are unusable.
CONTROL. This is a major part of the game. The game will be playable with a keyboard and mouse but we are going to design the control for a ps2 type controller, these are the most common controllers avialable for the pc.
This document is not finished.
I need people from every area of game dev. So far I am 3d model and animation lead.
I need anyone who thinks they can offer this project something to reply to this thread.
No engine has been chosen for the demo yet.
This is an unpaid gig. This is for fun and learning, with posibility of funding.
