1) Does GarageGames take care of all the outside licensing if we want to distribute the game thru a retailer, like Infogrames?

2) Can the games have M-Rated content?

There are some Torque related ones, but thats a different form.

There is a bunch of info regarding game publishing in the FAQ's. The short answer is you buy the TOrque, make your game, and publish it on the GG site. THe best games are presented to publishers by GG.

You can do mature games as long as they would pass the M rating according to ESRB.

I love the fact that we're self publishing over the net (using our own engine) :D

To the best of my knowledge, we can bypass all ESRB rather (And the OFLC) and make the game as gory as we want. :D

At least this is the best of my knowledge... read the whole plan on the games page at www.lucidsoftwaredesign.com ... would that need to pass through some sort of rating system? Would we get in shit if it didn't?
