Level building help

Pardon me for asking, but

HOW DO YOU BUILD LEVELS?

i can edit existing levels, but when i hit new in the level editor, it says a file was not found.

i have beaten all levels, and have gold times in all.

help!

You cannot create totally new levels without using another program.

You can only assemble interiors in the MBG editor.

Read some other posts for old answers, don't ask old questions.
