Hi, question:

what is jetNozzle#node?? When I checked player's oryginal cgf - it is there but does'n exist in max file"
so, what is it? if it is not dummy then what?
Why we need "Unlink" node? The Camera is linked to it..

This node tells the engine where to emit a jet engine exhaust from.
Example Usage - JetNozzle0, JetNozzle1

It's used for vehicles. "Normal" players don't have and need those nodes.

Thanks guys, I thought for a moment that this is some "magic wand".
The thing what I don't understand: why this node was not removed from "doc" tutorials for character export and from Torque "player.dts". There are few small misleading things in all tutorials that I am trying all week to export my animation to Torque and I can't. I whish somebody could create video tutorials and go step by step to the end.
I went through http://torque.smdlabs.com/3dsmaxAnimationSetup.htm, and as much as I like it, I am still confused at the end. E.G. in those videos animation (run) looks like is animated at 0,0,0 and works. In Torque's "DOC" there is info that you have to move forward character in order to see animation forward. So? I did both and still trying.

The best tip I can give you is to buy one of the model packs available on GG to see how to do it "right" :-)

Thanks Martin - it is a good idea. Today fallowing these video tutorials I am already in game, but...of course as all beginners - same problem - no animation. In show tool he runs but 2 meters above the ground. At this point I have only all body run cycle, so maybe I need more too bland.. Thanks!

Hey Martin - I bought it - some soldier pack - and well, It helped me to run my animation in torque with some problem ( one leg looks as a brocken-one - very funny run, he,he. I don't know how to fix it- I will redo all over again and see what will happen. My soldier-pack is for bones in 3D MAx dough - I was looking for biped, well is to late - I wish the author didn't misslead the clients - there was: Character studio used for animation"! Bones are not a Character studio. I will try to returne this product. Thanks any way!
