Release: Gui editor bitmap load (open file dialog)

The "Open file" dialog in the GUI editor will use the default *.lyr file extention after the Tilemap editor has loaded or saved a tilemap layer.
Most likely related to this bug:

... but the proposed solution in that thread will only remedy the "open file" dialog for brushes in the Tilemap editor.
Is this a general "open file" dialog bug?

In a freshly started TGB session, open a level in the level builder using File -> "Open level". Then start the GUI editor, create a GuiBitmapButtonCtrl, press the [...] bitmap properties button - the "Open file" dialog will default to show only .lvl files.
