Commercial version of content packs

I noticed that some of the content packs have a commercial version and a "standard" version available. Do these work like TGE (can use the indie version if total income is less then $100,000 per year but must buy the commercial version if income is greater then $100,000 per year)?

Jason, the lisences are the same.
The indie version of the content packs and the commercial versions are the same packs, but the commercial version is more expensive and you only have to buy that version if you own the commercial TGE.

And note that the income differentiator is $250,000 a year, not $100,000. There are also additional criteria (such as indie licenses are only for games) that may apply.
