TSE 1.4 merge and 1.4 GUI controls

Was just updating the Atlas Import GUI to save settings and allow batching and
I thought I'd update it to use the tab page control from 1.4 but it seems its
not there!
This is on the latest head from cvs so my question is did some controls not
make it or do I have to check out a clean copy coz my working copy is borked?
I ask before I do this as I don't want to waste download bandwidth allocation for nothing.
