RC2: Duplicate TGB SDK program groups

If you install RC2 before uninstalling RC1 you'll have two separate TGB program groups in your Start|Programs menu. If you uninstall you'll still have one left there, but pointing at nothing. (Note: There does not appear to be a problem if you reinstall RC2 on top of itself.)

I noticed this as I installed RC2 over RC1 as well. You also end up with two entries in Add/Remove programs, both of whch claim to want to uninstall RC2.

However, they do both disappear when you perform an uninstall.
