RC2: Possible uninstall TGB SDK while TGB is running

You can uninstall TGB SDK while TGB is running. No error messages or anything. You can even sort of run the project after, but you'll notice things disappearing, like the toolbar icons and the background for whackamole example (which I had loaded at the time.) You'll find that not all of the files were deleted (since things were in use) but there was no message from uninstall saying it couldn't uninstall everything.
