Rag Doll and Bones Transformations

Hi, I'm trying to implement rag doll physics using ode. I have a full player model and a model parts such as ankles hips, elbows and so on. The main problem is that rotation matrix from bone transforms is something else that I've expected. By the way position part of this matrix is correct so the parts positions is right where they should be. On the other hand their rotations are very strange. Could someone explain what these rotations mean.
