RC1: Particle editing and rollout image/animation selection

Not sure if this is a bug, but it seems like one to me.
In the Particle Effects dropdown in the Level Editor I have all my particle effects (obviously). When I click on one of them the border around the effect goes a light blue, which I assume is there to show which effect is highlighted.
Two problems:
1) It seems if I have one particle effect selected (blue border around it) and then click a different particle effect, both of the effects have the blue border (become highlighted). This continues for all effects selected which I think leads me into problem 2.
2) Again, I'm assuming that the blue border is to show which effect you have selected... So when I select any of the effects and click the Edit Tab to edit the particle, I don't get the Edit Particle tab like the one in the Basic Tutorial where you can edit the particle's properties (emitter, etc).
Actually, I'm playing around with this now as I'm writing...
It seems that anything I click in the Level Builder rollouts become highlighted without undoing the highlight of the previous item when something new gets selected.

About #2... You can't edit a resource (such as a particle effect) unless you actually drag it onto the scene.
