How to submit a resource that has a zip file?

As the title implies, I would like to submit a resouce of a island mission file. It will not accept zip files and says only jpg, png, or gif files are accepted.

As far as I can tell only Code resources are allowed to upload files other than screenshots (the .jpg, .png, .gif files).
