Transform" Definition

Hi,
What exactly is Transform, in the context of %obj.GetEyeTransform, etc?
I get 7 digits returned, what do they represent?

The first three numbers are translation: standard x, y, z.
the next four are rotation: axisX, axisY, axisZ, degreesAroundAxis.

degrees may be radians, not sure.

It's radians on the get/setTransform methods, but in the mission editor/.rotation property, they're degrees.
