RC1: PDF about 3D Shapes missing (old)

As in Beta4, the pdf about 3D shapes is missing from this release.

Thanks for posting the report. We cut the 3D shapes tutorial, mainly since it was based around script and the 3D shape listed wasn't included in the SDK. It still exists on TDN if you still want to reference it. We may be including a new 3D shape tutorial /ref based around the level builder :)
