Wierd exporting problem

I'm having an issue where my root pose dts isn't displaying properly in the engine. It shows up ok in showtool pro, but in the engine its bending my spine back at a wierd angle.

It makes no sense, especially since it was working fine earlier (I've been testing different poses all day).

I've rebooted my system, I'm deleteing the player.cs.dso after exporting, and like I said, whenever I get it in the engine it's borked. I'm thinking maybe it's a bad root animation that is messing with my spine bones but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Any idea what would cause this to happen? Am I maybe creating a conflict with bone rotations between the root pose and the root animation (breathing)?

I have the same problem, my thread is newer up there in the list. i believe this to be a dsq problem at this point. it happens to be the same in maya and max.
